By Booking an Appointment for Combination/Ombre Powder Brows you confirm that you are not/do not have

• Pregnant or Nursing

• Prone to keloids or post-inflammatory hypopigmentation

• Diabetic (will need medical clearance)

• a History of MRSA in the last 6 months

• a transmittable blood disease such as HIV or Hepatitis

• an Abnormal Heart Condition (will need medical clearance)

• a Patient undergoing Chemotherapy

• any kind of skin condition on or near your eyebrows. This includes eczema, shingles, rashes, or anything else near eyebrows.

• Very Oily Skin

• Taking Accutane (has to be off Accutane for at least a year)

• Taking Blood Thinners such as: Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Coumadin etc.

• Allergic to alcohol or numbing agents

• Dark pre-existing eyebrow tattoos or permanent makeup

• under the age of 18 years old 

Please make sure that you do not consume any coffee, alcohol or energizing drinks the day of your service. You can not have any Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E or Ibuprofen 24 hours prior to your service. You can not take any Omega 3 fish oils 1 week prior to your service. No waxing 2-3 days prior, no chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser or any other intense treatments 2 weeks prior to your service. Shower and fix your hair as you need to take extra care not to get your brows wet for several days.
 

 

 

                                                                                                        Policies & Procedures

1. Ladies you are allowed a 15 minute grace period, anything over 15 minutes you will have to reschedule. My schedule is very tight and I need every single minute of each appointment to service everyone.

2. If you are pressed for time and can not allow me 2-3 hours to complete your visit please DO NOT BOOK ME!!! I take pride in my work and it takes time to create those perfect brows for you so please be patient. I will not rush under any circumstance.

3. A contract will be sent to you via email, please read it carefully, sign it and send it it back to me!

 

4. ALL DEPOSITS are non-refundable, if you need to reschedule your deposit will only be transferred once!
